Evan DeFalco, DO, is a Family Medicine Resident Physician practicing patient care at Penn Highlands Family Medicine Residency Clinic located in the Medical Arts Building. Dr. DeFalco recently graduated from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM) and completed his undergraduate degree at Gannon University in Erie, PA. Evan is no stranger to rural PA having grown up in Ford City, PA. Family is very important to Dr. DeFalco, and he enjoys visiting them often. This is one reason Penn Highlands was a great choice for his residency considering the manageable drive to visit his family and friends.
