Residents purchase the homes with the peace of mind that they will have access to many amenities and priority access to Penn Highlands WRC health care services. They also will receive a percentage of the purchase price upon the sale of the property.
The Villas provide lawn care, snow removal, housekeeping, home maintenance, and personal emergency response services. Property taxes and property and liability insurance are paid by the Villas, while residents are required to carry personal property and liability insurance.
