Residential Living for Active Seniors at The Villas at Water Run
The Villas at Water Run is WRC’s newest residential community, privately located within the Water Run Landing senior living community at 300 Water Run Road in Clarion. Residents pay a partially refundable entrance fee and can choose between one of three base floor plans ranging from 999 to 1423 sq. ft., along with customization options.
The Villas provide lawn care, snow removal, housekeeping, home maintenance, and personal emergency response services. Property taxes and property and liability insurance are paid by the Villas, while residents are required to carry personal property and liability insurance.
