Alexandra Barrett, DNP, CNM

Alexandra Barrett has practiced as a Certified Nurse Midwife for one year. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Pennsylvania State University and a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Midwifery from the University of Pittsburgh. Alexandra is especially proud of earning her doctorate while being a wife and mother.

Alexandra’s philosophy for health care is: “Self-care is the best thing you can do to ensure you are performing at your very best for yourself, your loved ones, your patients, and your community.”

Alexandra, her husband, and their two children currently reside in Dayton, where they appreciate the close-knit sense of community. She and her family love spending time with their large extended family, enjoying such activities as farming, boating, and camping.
