  • CNX Foundation Substance Recovery Unit: Our CNX Foundation Substance Recovery Unit at Penn Highlands Mon Valley provides the highest level of inpatient care for substance use disorders, including for patients with co-occurring medical conditions, like depression, COPD or diabetes, who need the resources of a full acute-care hospital. Inpatient referrals are accepted 24 hours a day. Referrals to the inpatient units may be made by anyone — including patients themselves — as well as:
