The Village at Ridgmont opened in December 2015 and is a beautiful neighborhood of high-quality, affordable rental townhomes in Ridgway, PA for adults over the age of 62.

The neighborhood features 10 one-bedroom and 10 two-bedroom single-story townhomes, along with a community building with laundry facilities, a kitchen and community area, and a gazebo picnic area.

Two of the homes are fully handicap-accessible and one includes special features for hearing- or vision-impaired residents.

Lawn care, landscaping, snow removal, home maintenance, and all repairs are taken care of for you at The Village, so you can spend time doing the things you enjoy during your retirement.

Healthy aging is promoted through educational programs, free wellness screenings, home care services like skilled nursing, housekeeping, meal preparation, and annual wellness assessments. Rent at The Village includes all utilities, except for cable, telephone, and internet. Pets are welcome! The community is Section 8 approved.
