Resources Available by Phone and Online
Although caregiving for an elderly loved one is rewarding, it is also stressful and physically and mentally draining. No matter how strong you think you are, everyone needs a support system and someone to talk to, vent to, share ideas with. If you are holding in a lot of pent-up feelings of frustration, anger, guilt or fear, it will eventually manifest in other ways such as health problems of your own.
There are a variety of resources out there for you as a caregiver. These are links to websites you may find helpful. If you can’t find the information you need or aren’t sure where to look, please don’t hesitate to give us a call at 814-849-1205, or contact us online using the form here.
