Welcome Brittany Mealy, PA-C
Penn Highlands Healthcare welcomes certified physician assistant Brittany Mealy, PA-C, to its medical staff.
Brittany joins the team at the Penn Highlands DuBois Emergency Department and Trauma Center located at 100 Hospital Avenue in DuBois.
Brittany and the Emergency Department team provide expert care for patients experiencing serious illness or injury. Emergency medical care includes diagnosing and treating medical conditions or injuries that are either life-threatening or could cause long-term health issues or permanent disabilities.
Common treatments and procedures include abdominal emergency care, comprehensive care, emergency heart care, emergency stroke care, emergency tests, illness, pediatric emergency care, post-surgery care and trauma care.
Prior to joining Penn Highlands, Brittany gained clinical experience at O’Bryon Family Medicine in DuBois, Houtzdale Rural Health Center, Still Waters Family Health Services in Clearfield, St. Luke’s - Anderson Campus in Easton and Penn Highlands DuBois.
Brittany earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Commonwealth University of Pennsylvania in Lock Haven. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Clarion University of Pennsylvania in Clarion. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and Pennsylvania Society of Physician Assistants.
