The Laurels is a quiet, private neighborhood designed for active retirees who want to enjoy life – not manage chores. Residents purchase the homes with the peace of mind that they will have access to many amenities and priority access to Penn Highlands WRC health care services. Each home is unique, featuring one of five floor plans. You never have to worry about home maintenance or costly emergency repairs. Our maintenance staff is on call 24/7.
Love to travel or go south for the winter? No problem. You don’t have to worry about leaving your home and belongings unattended while you’re out of town. You never have to bundle up to go outside and shovel. All of these things are taken care of for you at The Laurels.
As part of the Laurelbrooke Landing continuing care retirement community, The Laurels offers more than just independent living. Should your health or housing needs change, you’ll have priority access to higher levels of care, along with full use of all campus amenities and services.
