If you’d rather spend your day reading a new book, playing a round of golf, or going out to lunch with friends, then the “Lifestyle in Full Bloom” at The Laurels is for you. The Laurels is a small, private residential neighborhood for active retirees. Each home is unique, featuring one of five floor plans.
You pay an entrance fee to live at The Laurels, which is partially refundable upon move-out, along with a monthly fee. In exchange, you never have to worry about home maintenance or costly emergency repairs. Our maintenance staff is on call 24/7. If you like to travel or go south for the winter, you don’t have to worry about leaving your home and belongings unattended while you’re out of town. You never have to bundle up to go outside and shovel. All of these things are taken care of for you at The Laurels.
In addition, The Laurels is part of the Laurelbrooke Landing continuing care retirement community, which means you will have priority access to other levels of care should your healthcare or housing needs change. It also means you can enjoy all of the campus amenities and services that Laurelbrooke Landing has to offer.
