Imelda Mahmutaj, MD, MA

Dr. Mahmutaj is a Psychiatry Resident Physician training at Penn Highlands DuBois. She completed a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Spanish and a Master of Arts in Bioethics at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH. She then completed a Doctor of Medicine degree at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in Dayton, OH.

Dr. Mahmutaj grew up in Cleveland, OH. She chose to practice Psychiatry at Penn Highlands DuBois due to the diversity of the patient population she will be treating, and the welcoming and passionate co-residents, faculty, and staff she will be training with. In her free time, Dr. Mahmutaj enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, and going to the gym.
