Joshua Lowery, MD, M Ed

Josh was born and raised in a small town in northern Utah. He is the youngest of seven children. Josh enjoys the outdoors. Growing up, his family spent most of their vacations exploring the mountains around them, and he was always finding new ways to enjoy them, be it hiking up them, or skiing down them.

Josh chose the program at Penn Highlands because he wanted something that would challenge residents to go beyond the status quo. “Becoming part of Penn Highlands GME Psychiatry Program is the perfect opportunity to grow because it will be growing with you,” said Josh. He also looks forward to the community environment Penn Highlands provides.
