Welcome Morgan Goldizen, CRNP

Penn Highlands Healthcare welcomes certified registered nurse practitioner Morgan Goldizen, CRNP, to its medical staff.

Morgan joins the family medicine team at the Tyrone Rural Health Center at 221 Hospital Drive, Suite 6, in Tyrone.

Morgan is a compassionate and experienced nurse practitioner, and she is skilled in providing exceptional care and maintaining a strong reputation for achieving outstanding levels of patient satisfaction.

Common treatments and procedures include annual/sports physicals, asthma care, diabetes care, hypertension/high blood pressure care, immunizations, preventive care and screenings, and primary care.

Prior to joining Penn Highlands, Morgan practiced at Wellpath-SCI Smithfield in Huntingdon and as a registered nurse at UPMC Altoona & Mount Nittany Medical Center.

Morgan earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University in Addison, Ill., and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Penn State University in Altoona. She is a member of the American Nurses Association and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society.
