Penn Highlands Mon Valley Board Elects New Officers
On Oct. 11, Penn Highlands Mon Valley elected its first slate of officers to serve one-year terms following its recent affiliation with Penn Highlands Healthcare. The Hospital's board leadership includes: Chairman Jeff M. Kotula; Vice Chairman Bradley M. Bassi, Esq.; Treasurer Kevin M. Lee; and Secretary Mark D. McGinley, Esq.
Mr. Kotula, who is president of the Washington County Chamber of Commerce, began serving on the Hospital's Board of Trustees in 2009. He was elected secretary to the board in 2010 and vice chairman in 2015.
Mr. Bassi is a partner with the law firm of Bassi, Vreeland & Associates, PC, in Charleroi. He was elected to the board in 2012. Mr. Bassi served as secretary of the Hospital's board since 2017.
Kevin M. Lee is owner of Lee Supply Company, a retailer and installer of pipe and pumping systems for business and industry. He joined the Hospital Board in 2015.
Attorney Mark D. McGinley began serving on the Board in 2019. He is the Chief Executive Officer of MMI Enterprises, Inc. which provides cleaning, janitorial and building maintenance services and supplies.
