Welcome Zhimin Yuan, MD

Penn Highlands Healthcare welcomes pathologist Zhimin Yuan, MD, to its medical staff.

Dr. Yuan joins the team at Penn Highlands DuBois at 100 Hospital Avenue in DuBois.

Dr. Yuan is a fellowship-trained pathologist, having achieved the top level of education and specialization in the field of pathology. He works closely with other members of the medical team to diagnose, treat and prevent diseases.

Common conditions include blood disorders, cancer, hemophilia, HIV/AIDS, infectious diseases, neonatal disorders and stroke.

Dr. Yuan is a graduate of the Medical College at Soochow University in Suzhou, China​. He completed his residency in anatomic pathology/clinical pathology at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia and his fellowship in pathology at University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.
