Welcome, Ethan Dumayas, PA-C

Penn Highlands Healthcare welcomes certified physician assistant Ethan Dumayas to its medical staff.

Ethan joins the team at Penn Highlands Family Medicine, located at 1100 Million Dollar Highway in St. Marys. In addition, he will provide hospitalist services at Penn Highlands Elk, located at 763 Johnsonburg Road in St. Marys.

At Penn Highlands Family Medicine, Ethan works with the care team to provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages. At Penn Highlands Elk, he cares for patients admitted to the hospital, working with the primary care provider for comprehensive, holistic treatment.

Common treatments and procedures aches and pains, allergies, application of dressing/bandages, asthma, cancer, development of treatment plans, diabetes, discharge of patients, heart disease, high blood pressure, major illnesses, minor illnesses, physical exam and screening, providing patient and family education, rashes and wound care.

Prior to joining Penn Highlands, Ethan obtained clinical experience at UM Laurel Medical Center in Laurel, Md.; Hermitage Internal Medicine UPMC in Hermitage; Conemaugh Physician Group in Somerset; James E. Van Zandt VA Medical Center in Johnstown; Duke LifePoint Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center in Johnstown; and Chan Soon-Shiong Medical Center in Windber.

Ethan earned his Master of Physician Assistant Science and Bachelor of Science in Biology from Saint Francis University in Loretto.
