Welcome Christopher Horrell, PA-C

Penn Highlands Healthcare welcomes certified physician assistant Christopher Horrell, PA-C, to its medical staff.

Christopher joins the teams at Penn Highlands Internal Medicine at 600 North Penn Street in Connellsville, 14 Morewood Street in Mt. Pleasant and 234 West Main Street in Uniontown.

Christopher has more than a decade of experience in providing compassionate and outstanding patient care and education. As an internal medicine specialist, he is dedicated to the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of diseases that affect adults.

Common treatments and procedures include blood care, common eye problems, common reproductive system problems, common skin problems, diagnosis of cancer, diagnosis of diseases, diagnosis of infections, digestive system care, disease prevention, joint care, major illnesses, mental health, minor illnesses, substance abuse and wellness care.

Prior to joining Penn Highlands, Christopher gained clinical experience at Elk Regional Health Center in St. Marys; Community Guidance Center in Indiana, Penn.; FayWest Family Practice in Scottdale; Ali J. Aboosi Pediatrics in Mt. Pleasant; Comprehensive Care Associates in Bloomfield; Laurel Highlands OB/GYN in Uniontown; Indiana Regional Medical Center in Indiana, Penn.; and Latrobe Surgical Group in Greensburg.

Christopher earned his Master of Physician Assistant Science and Bachelor of Science in Health Science from St. Francis University in Loretto.
