Penn Highlands Healthcare is excited to announce the opening of The Rehabilitation Center in Altoona. Located at 417 Sabbath Rest Road, Suite 2, Altoona, inside the Pinecroft Community Medical Building, The Rehabilitation Center offers Physical, Occupational and Speech therapies.
