Dr. Ryan Rice Announces New St. Marys Office Location

Penn Highlands Healthcare is pleased to announce that, beginning April 22, Dr. Ryan Rice, is relocating his St. Marys office to the Penn Highlands Elk Medical Office Building, 761 Johnsonburg Road, Suite 140, St. Marys.

Rice is a board certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon who sees patients in St. Marys and DuBois and performs procedures at the Penn Highlands Elk Surgery Center, the Penn Highlands DuBois Surgery Center and Penn Highlands DuBois. The office phone number will remain the same, 814-503-8368.

Rice provides a full range of surgical and non-surgical cosmetic and reconstructive procedures. He is available for consultations for cosmetic and reconstructive procedures for the face, body and breasts. He also specializes in hand surgery and features endoscopic carpal tunnel surgery as a less invasive procedure than traditional carpal tunnel surgery.
