Community Nurses, Inc. Recognizes Employees

The administration of Community Nurses, Inc. recently hosted a luncheon at the Red Fern to celebrate 14 employees who have reached milestone anniversaries in their careers.

The following individuals were recognized.

40 years: Karen Aloi (Billing Specialist)

25 years: Cindy Fisher (Quality Director), Penny Rakieski (Home Health Aide) and Char Snelick (Dietetic Registrar)

20 years: Geraldine Bauer (Registered Nurse)

15 years: Virginia Mahoney (Peronal Care Aide) and Sherry Wall (Human Resources Director)

10 years: Carla Erskine (Personal Care Aide), Stephanie Hetrick (Registered Nurse)

5 years: Linda Baker (Personal Care Aide), Cindy Copella (Registered Nurse), Shawna Ritter (Physical Therapist), Abby Sporner (Registered Nurse) and Penny Yoder (Personal Care Aide)

As the leadership team presented the awards, many comments were made about the compassion of the staff, how many become like part of the family with their patients. They were also praised for the dedication, working tirelessly around the clock, whenever needed, day or night.
