New Provider at QCare Ridgway
Penn Highlands Elk is pleased to welcome Rebecca Airgood Miller, PA-C, to its medical staff. Ms. Miller will see patients at QCare Ridgway, located on Metoxet Street in Ridgway.
“I am very excited to be returning home to care for those who have cared for me in the past,” said Miller.
Originally from Kane, Miller began her medical career as a nurses’ aide at Kane Community Hospital and for Kane Community Nurses. In 2002, she moved to Rochester, NY to attend Roberts Wesleyan College, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in biology. During her schooling, she worked as a laboratory technician.
Miller went on to graduate school at Gannon University in Erie, where she received her master’s degree as a physician assistant. She previously worked at FCI McKean in Bradford, PA and for USP Terre Haute in Terre Haute, IN and also for Carle in Danville, IL.
Miller is also serving as the youth leader at the First United Methodist Church in Kane.
No appointment is needed to visit QCare. The office is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. It is closed on holidays.
