Welcome Morgan Miksich, PA-C
Penn Highlands Healthcare welcomes Morgan Miksich, board certified physician assistant, who sees patients at the new QCare Brookville, located at 111 Summit Street in Brookville.
Miksich, who is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, diagnoses and treats patients with minor, acute illnesses and injuries such as earaches, sinus problems, colds and coughs and sprains. She also completes physicals for sports and the Department of Transportation.
“I am very honored and privileged to have the opportunity to join the Penn Highlands team,” said Miksich. “Becoming a physician assistant has been a life-long goal of mine, and I was able to attain this goal with the support of my family and friends. I was lucky enough to grow up locally, and I look forward to following this rewarding career path and working in QCare to give back to my community and its residents.”
Miksich earned her bachelor’s degree in health science from Lock Haven University in Lock Haven and her master’s degree in physician assistant studies from Lock Haven University in Clearfield. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
Miksich currently resides in her hometown of Brockway, where she is an active member of St. Tobias Catholic Church. In her free time, she enjoys reading and spending time with friends and family.
