Penn Highlands Mon Valley's Center for Children's Rehabilitation Services provides specialized services to meet the rehabilitation needs of children and adolescents. Our caring professionals understand the challenges that families confront when their child has a physical or developmental disability.
PH Mon Valley is committed to the medical, educational, and emotional needs of children/adolescents and their families, and will continue to provide innovative, comprehensive programming to help children obtain the best life possible.
The Center for Children's Rehabilitation treats children, adolescents and young adults, birth to age 21. Our services include but are not limited to these conditions:

PH Mon Valley's interdisciplinary team works together to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services to help children and adolescents with special needs reach their optimal potential physically, socially, emotionally and intellectually. The Rehabilitation Team coordinates care in the areas of physical, occupational and speech therapies. The therapists assess the child or adolescent's needs, establish goals, and create an individualized intervention plan. Families and caregivers play an important role in the development and implementation of the rehabilitation program. The team members serve as a valuable resource to enhance the child/adolescent's life experience within the community.
